Open mat is not a teaching night, but it is a time to glove up and get some sparring in or hit the mats for some submission grappling. Or you can drill techniques and forms- whatever you want! We also open our doors to the public and other schools to come mix it up with different sparring partners. As long as one comes with a respectful attitude and a mind to learn, all are welcome!
